With pixx.ios license management you can easily add licenses in the settings. You assign the licenses to the media files either directly during the upload or later on in the single media view.

You create the portal directly in your Mediaspace. You can add more at any time if you need to. This function is chargeable.
How can I integrate pixx.io into existing workflows?
Integrations allow you to embed pixx.io into your favorite tools and optimize your workflows. For individual requirements, you can connect to the pixx.io API.
How can I share media files with pixx.io?
You can do this easily via link, e-mail, in a collection or with the portal. You control what the recipient is allowed to do with your media files and what they are not allowed to do.
How many users do i need?
Every person who actively works in your pixx.io Mediaspace needs their own user. But: Not everyone who comes into contact with pixx.io must have their own user. If you share e.g. single media files or collections with colleagues, partners or customers, they’re able to access, browse and download these shared files without personal user access. If a group of people need frequent access to your media files to download them, a separate portal is recommended.
